Setting the Stage for CRM Success
At Floodgate, we have a 5 step process for on-boarding a new CRM client:
Step 1: DEMO
We believe that it is important for you to be able to see first-hand (in person or via GoToMeeting) what features and functionality are available to you. This not only helps you make an educated buying decision, it helps us formulate the CRM infrastructure that your business requires in order to increase company-wide productivity and revenue.
Step 2: KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
To do our job effectively, we need to understand yours. We will walk through our Knowledge Transfer Questionnaire with you so that we gain insight and understanding of your company’s vocabulary, sales cycle, products, services, policies, procedures and organizational chart.
Step 3: PROPOSAL
Based upon your feedback during the demonstration and the answers to the Knowledge Transfer Questionnaire, we will propose one or several of our CRM Development Packages.
Step 4: DEVELOPMENT
Depending upon the details of the engagement, it generally takes 4-6 weeks from start date to complete. We have a routine progress report and conference call schedule that regularly informs you of the development stages of your new CRM. Each meeting gives you a logged-in view of the progress being made on your system and offers us an opportunity to get your feedback along the way. We want your new CRM System to change your life and it will!
Step 5: DELIVERY & TRAINING
All of your team members using the CRM system will be personally trained by our development team leader who will remain accessible to you anytime you desire assistance. You and your employees may schedule training time with us at your convenience so that everyone using the new system to get the most out of it. Depending upon your needs, we can perform this training in person or by scheduling a routine GoToMeeting.
